Returns and refunds
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 (“Consumer Code”), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract without having to provide reasons and without application of penalties, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

If the customer opts for independent shipping, the responsibility for the delivery remains entirely with the customer. In the event of loss, damage or failed delivery of the package, no refund will be possible. Therefore, the use of a trackable, insured service is recommended.
The right of withdrawal will be considered properly exercised only if:

Once the returned goods have been received and verified, AWB Srl will process the refund within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one chosen for the purchase, minus any fees retained for shipping and/or pickup.
If the payment was made by a person other than the recipient of the order, the refund will be issued to the person who made the payment.

Return of goods
After receiving confirmation from our Customer Service Department, the customer may proceed with the return by choosing one of the following options:
- Pickup by our courier service: you can request the courier service to pick up from the address indicated. The service has a cost of €15.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Independent shipping at customer’s expense: the customer can arrange shipping with a courier of his or her choice. In this case, however, €8.99 will be withheld to cover the costs incurred by AWB Srl for the initial shipment of the order.

Conditions for the validity of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will be considered properly exercised only if:
- The products are intact, unused, and free of damage.
- The goods are returned in the original packaging.
- Returns are made in one shipment (partial returns of the same order sent at different times are not allowed).
- The withdrawal form is sent within 14 calendar days of receiving the products.
AWB Srl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
