Gravina DOC is the historical origin of our work. It is an appellation rooted in the territory of Gravina in Puglia, made up of hilly soils, limestone outcrops and an agricultural heritage that has defined the area's winemaking identity over time. Interpreting the DOC label means respecting this heritage and transforming it into wines that are essential, clean, and consistently connected to the territory that creates them.
