After the selection of products is completed, the Customer will be asked to confirm the order through the payment procedure. The following payment methods are available:

CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL

All major cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (the latter only for payments in euros) through the Paypal network ( account: domenicomazzilli@awbagricola.com). The amount is charged at the same time as the confirmation of the order placed on botromagno.it.

BANK TRANSFER

Payment can be made by bank transfer to the following account:

• INTESA SANPAOLO S.P.A. – IT71H0306941502100000009535.

The transfer must be made within 10 (ten) days after receiving the order confirmation sent by AWB Srl. After this period has passed without payment, the order will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be notified by e-mail.
The shipment of products will take place only after the actual receipt of payment to the account of AWB Srl.

SECURE PAYMENTS

AWB Ltd. takes all necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data and does not store Customers’ credit card information.
Transactions made on the site https://www.botromagno.it are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts sensitive data making it unreadable to third parties.
In this way, the financial information entered on botromagno.it (card number, expiration date, etc.) remains completely confidential.

BILLING

The Customer may request an invoice for orders with shipment within the European Union.
The request must be made prior to placing the order by filling out the appropriate “Billing” section and providing the information requested by AWB Srl.
The invoice will be sent via e-mail to the address provided by the Customer immediately after the products are shipped.
For orders placed without a request for an invoice, the Customer will receive a sales document equivalent to a sales receipt, inside the package.
