SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

AWB Azienda Agricola Srl cooperates with couriers offering the best services to ensure reliability, accuracy and on-time delivery of its products.
In order to receive the purchased goods within the specified timeframe, it will be the Customer’s responsibility to provide the delivery address information accurately and in detail in the order. AWB Azienda Agricola Srl is not responsible for any delays and/or failed deliveries caused by Customer negligence, in particular by incomplete or inaccurate information regarding shipping addresses.

2.1 DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Product delivery times are:

2 to 3 days for Italy
5 days for Europe,
5 or more working days for non-EU countries,

after 24 working hours from the date of Shipping Confirmation that AWB Azienda Agricola Srl will send to the Customer by e-mail, to the address provided by the Customer in the order form.
This email will contain all the details in relation to the delivery (products shipped, any amount due, forms of payment accepted by the appointed Courier, instructions for pickup, etc.) and the tracking number of the shipment, thanks to which the Customer will be able to know the exact location of the shipped package at all times and monitor its progress in real time on the courier’s website.

2.2 COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the speed of delivery required. Costs are automatically calculated and entered into the payment form through the system on the Site during the online purchase process.

For orders amounting to more than €49.00.
ABROAD
For orders amounting to more than €130.00.

SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

The shipping cost is €8.00.
The price quoted is exclusive of VAT.
